I woke up this morning and got the below email!

Package tracking status on ups.com will appear as ‘Billing Information Received’ before UPS pick up your package from our office and up to 24 hours afterward while they update their system.

I called UPS to see if I can have the package redirected to my parents house as we’re unsure if they will accept Adam’s signature or not. They are scheduled to deliver Monday. If no one is there, I can have them redirect it to my parents house so hopefully I will have my visa in hand by Tuesday!

Then that means I have to make a vet appointment for Artie and Earl to have them examined for travel and then ensure I have their paperwork back and their AVID chip certificates before I can leave. Of course we also have to get my ticket, the the pricing for the cats travel and I have to repack all my things. Still a bit to do. Ken also has to *cough* fix the banister on the stairs so I don’t die when I get there! I am afraid I will fall down the stairs. I’m not ashamed, I’m paranoid.

All is well with the world again! Can’t wait to settle into my new home, get to know my new in-laws and setup a home for my husband and I (ya know, one that feels “homie” and not like “bachelor pad”).
